jungler *stealing* cs is toxic

If you didn't help get kills or assists in a lane, or if you aren't pushing a tower down, you have no business actively trying to sabotage your allies lane.

If you have permission to take cs, or if it's mid-late game or not in lane phase anymore, then go for it, but while it's laning phase, you have a jungle to get gold from or ganks you can make.

while you think it is toxic, it's not a punishable offense.

It's simple, if you don't pay your taxes. You don't get ganks.

It is sabotaging your allies' lane, and it is unfair. But it is not so severe that is should be an offense, and I think the definition of being toxic is chat. Not entirely sure, but if your actively taking cs and being troll because your ragebabying I can see that as being toxic.

it isn't toxic but I do understand you.

my standards are: If I get the kill I don't tax. if I help the laner get the kill I do tax. Do I need to hold a lane because laner died then I will ?tax?

I don't tax that often so. even if the laner gets the kill il walk out in the way walking out il hit 1-3 minions done.

If a jungler walks through your lane and takes CS that is just straight up sad. He sets you behind in XP and gold. basically, you are vs 2 enemy junglers :D. mostly il joke about this in chat if they do it "didn't know enemy had 2 junglers :D"

Considering nobody owns CS in League, there is no such thing as "stealing cs".

sometimes the jungler is wave clearing to release herald, or just wave clearing (in the case of mid lane). Noobs wouldnt understand

by those standards then singed proxy farming 2 lanes at enemy nexus must be against the law.
