This is one of the reasons people flip out and can't control themselves.

And people like this Teemo, griefing other players cannot be punished because they don't use the chat box or intentionally feed, but they ruin games through such actions. I know there is no way to evade a punishment when you flip out on a griefer, but can you really blame people who do?
