Should the zero tolerence policy be renamed?

Renamed to 1 tolerence, since you are allowed to say 1 ZT word without being 14 day banned. The system appears to require 2 in order to jump punishments. As proof;

You're correct, that's about when I noticed that ZT didn't guarantee an escalation and started saving links. For the extensive number of these that exist, you'd think that we would have an equal number of people with 1 usage posting here, after all, they would feel more innocent than the 2 users. That doesn't happen, though, and instead I believe they're more likely to get a chat restriction (or no punish if it doesn't escalate/they don't have other triggers!)

I don't think the fact that there is leeway is necessarily awful (it protects a lot of 'report X for saying kys!" type things I'd guess), but I think "zero tolerence" is very misleading, and makes people believe the system fails when they see 1 hatespeech and then the person keeps playing, possibly through their chat restriction.
