Having to Dodge a Ranked Game because of a Troll

I had to just dodge a Ranked Game cause our Top Laner decided to lock in Cleanse Ghost Janna. This person banned Soraka even though our Support was gonna pick it. Then they said after being confronted by the ADC and Support about banning Soraka, "I'm gonna troll this game." "I'm gonna make you guys lose LP." Ext. And upon dodging a had to lost a promo. Is there a way that you can add something to make it so you can a dodge feature that helps against troll picks? Because right now, the people who are trying to play are getting punished more than the trolls. A feature like that has a report box when you dodge. However, you can only use it a couple times per month, so people can't abuse it that much and it will help out a lot more than the chances of it doing more bad than good.

unfortunately theres nothing riot can do, they dont really have control of these things after the fact. there is no loss forgiveness after youve sinned.

the most you can do is take screenshots of said troll and open up an actual support ticket so that action is taken against them immediately and the system doesnt slap them with just a chatban or something.
