In the game, Nasus was very toxic. I reported him after but we all know what could just be a chat restriction should be at LEAST a 14 day ban for what he said in champ select. Plus who would want to go a game with this guy who's already being toxic for no reason?

People say things like this because they know they can get away with it. If we could report in champ select they'd no longer be able to get away with it.

if there is champ select report, he now knows he cant get away with it. so he is completely silent until the game starts. now you dont know you have a toxic troll until after you are stuck in the game.
i am not sure a champion select report would be good. i like finding out in time to dodge.

Already dodged earlier because of a troll. He didn't troll but he did tilt the team because he was constantly toxic and negative. And he can be reported for what he said in game too.
Tokogawaruf1 votesI think the possibility to get punishments for things done in Champ select actually holds more good than bad potential, since rage, lied or plain wrong reports dont matter anyway. Only punishable chat gets Punished, be it In game, End of Game or in Champ.
