So, I had a question...
Now, I do consider myself pretty aware of Riot's policies and how they act based on what in regards to punshments, but there's one thing I'm not sure of:
Does Riot punish for bug abuse? Would they punish for it?
I'm not talking bugs like animation canceling (Since that's one pretty heavily ingrained in League at this point - Not just for Riven, but most champions having some form of animation cancelling) or ones along that level, where it gives a benefit but ultimately not that huge of one. But say there was a bug that could be deliberately used (So not something relatively accidental, like Morde getting a ghost of a Jhin stuck on his 4th shot) that could dramatically increase your winrate. Would Riot punish for it? I'm thinking no, but I was hoping for maybe some more insight, preferably either directly or indirectly from Riot.
And, if they wouldn't for that, would they ever? Is there some tipping point where the bug is so harmful that Riot does ban for it if abused? Would it have to crash the game for everyone in the match? Would it have to cause problems with Riot's servers directly?
Obviously this all means deliberate abuse of a bug, not accidentally triggering one, and not abusing a vulnerability to execute hacks or scripts to do this.
And yes, I am aware that this does sound mildly suspicious. I am just curious, though, since it's not really something I've heard either way on.
