Game experience

Is it bad that the game is getting to a point where the only reason I won't quit is because I have spent money on skins? I cant play a game without my team being toxic to each other or the enemy team being toxic to us. I know there is a mute button, but should it honestly be needed every game? Moving on from that, what actually happened to the game? The way games snowball now is absolutely insane. I love the game, or I use to I should say, but this is something different.
