So I met after loss guy who recognized me from previous game. And he completely trolled the game, run it down with janna mid. Went 0/9/2, didn't coop with single guy in team, single lost game . How on earth he is not punished ? And how on earth I can't even post his name on boards ? Hello riot wake up, you need to remove negative behavior from game !
Report system does nothing my friend. It is just there to make people happy like the TSA. I have even opened tickets with riot support for this exact type of behavior and after days of waiting, they claim they will do something. Days after that, OP.GG says the player is still playing.
Write a support ticket. His chances of punishment goes up significantly this way.

Err...don't bother. After writing this post, I decided to check on one I sent for a moron that afked an entire match because I didn't invade with him when I needed to farm my first wave. I got some kinda of cookie cutter automated response about some feel good bullshit. I checked on the dude I reported and he is still playing.
Seems it's a waste of time reporting with any system. Like winning games, punishment is about luck too I guess. I thought it was different since I got a 14 day ban because some ass licking piece of shit sent one to report me.
