Account Hacked and Banned for using a 3rd party program

As the title says, my account was hacked and then subsequently banned for using a 3rd party program . I made a support ticket yesterday about the hack and today I received the notification that it was now banned for this. I'll make another support ticket after writing this post but I would really appreciate some fast assistance as my account is obviously very important to me.
