Currently, I'm stuck at honor level 2 even though I have a been getting a steady amount of honors, about 1-2 each game for the past 50 or so games, and most honored around 10-12 times. Everyone I play with have made honor lvl 3 even though I get more honors than them. Is my account glitched or is Riot's honor system based around luck or RNG? Or am I just being cheated out of it?

First honors went to the people who play 10 games/day. Then the 9/day. Then the 8/day. I see a pattern. Honor levels are based mostly on the number of games a person has been honorable in, with slight bonuses from receiving the honors.
I would say it makes sense approximately slightly over half of the community (according to your poll results) is honor level 3. All players play different amounts of league from one another, not to mention certain modes you're more likely to have people skip honor cause of salt.(ranked)
No one knows for sure how much it takes to reach level 3, I think. All I can tell you is I played 15-20 games a week for the first month and a bit and I got honor level 3 2 weeks ago. (I played mostly ARAM)
It is different for each player. The system decided when you are ready.
It should fking give me lvl 3! I didn't get one like , my friend gets 2 honours per match and got lvl 3 but I get like 2-3 hnours per match and didn't get one! RIOT? Wtf is this system? 100 games with 2-3 honours and no lvl up? RIOT??? And my freinds have like 1-2 honours in 50 matches and lvl 3? RIOOTT???
I think personally this honor system needs a fix, I play at least 30 games a week since the honor system came out and I get honors constantly but never see any results. Yet during loading screen I see people with honor 5 already. How could they possibly deserve honor 5 when I spend sometimes over half my week playing this game and I haven't yet received honor 3. Oh and btw I am literally the nicest dude in games since the system has been introduced and get honors just about every game and I also always honor someone else as well. Riot please at least make this system more understanding cause it's just kind of unfair seeing all these people with honor 5
I want honor 5 =_= I get honored every single game i've been playing, idk if it counts in co-Op games, along with some normal games for 40 games straight, when do I get honor 5?perhaps im not even honor 3 yet, I'm only lvl 2. which is the default level.
