Not sure why people still think multiple reports mean something.

Also don't know why people think 1 bad game alone is enough to punish someone.

The reform card shows 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior. Riot has stated that toxicity in 10% of a player's games is a lot of toxicity already.

Those people that have 1 game in their reform card just means that the game was the one one that broke the camel's back. Doesnt mean they were punished for those games alone.

I see a rioter saying how the system works. There is no proof he is telling the truth. In this situation, it is to riot's advantage to claim what they claim even if it's untrue.

In your next game start dishing out some racial slurs, see how quickly you get banned.

Why assume it's any different for "toxicity?"

There is a difference in toxicity.

Riot punished based on severity x consistency. Hate speech, homophobia and encouraging others to harm themselves are part of the zero tolerance policy and those can get you punished in 1 game.

It will take lots of games with mild toxicity before you get punished.
