Are players more toxic this season?

Is it just me or are people in ranked way more toxic than they used to be? In every game we lose, at least one person is blaming someone for the loss, calling them boosted, telling them to stay bronze (this is in platinum-diamond matches) or just insulting them. Even in the games I win, people are still flaming. Also the opponent team starts blaming in all chat and asking for reports.

I know that ranked has always been a toxic place, but last seasons, it didn't seem to be that big of a deal to me. Mainly the 'boosted' spam that you hear every game is new. (Before, they said 'ebay' but this didn't happen quite as often because they know buying an account was less likely than eloboost is now.)
