Friend request spam

When friend request is rejected people should not be able to send friend request to same Summoner for couple of hours. Otherwise this becomes very annoying. Even when blocked those people somehow still manage to send you friend requests

Also Block list shows error when you add someone

They can still send requests even when blocked? That's something that should be looked into.

Just leave their request hanging.
