Does leaver buster punishment remove honor ranking?

I kind of appreciate the fact that it doesn't low honor level, I only play bots but if I'm forced to leave to eat food or some shit, I'd hate to lose honor AND get a leaver buster because of it. Maybe that's just me though.

Because you can have very legitimate reasons to have to afk (internet dropped off, family emergency, electrical fuses blown, etc.). Why should your honor be removed for that?

There is no legitimate reason whatsoever to be toxic in chat or in gameplay.

There are people with chronically bad Internet's (like people playing in a crappy library), and they'd like to avoid getting those people punished with honor.

Consistent rage quitters are manually reviewed and punished with a 14-day ban when found guilty.
