Add a report in champ select pls

If you are reading this, chances are you've read before about the need for the ability to report people in champ select due to "hostage" situations. Potentially you've even experienced one or more of them yourself. Somebody's off their rocker and will only play one specific role or even one specific champ no matter what. They've been assigned adc? Too bad, they're only willing to play jg because "everyone else" fucks up at jg and they're sick of it. They've been assigned jg? They're only willing to play pyke support or some stupid stuff like that. And because of this, either one or more other players have to all shuffle around their roles and possibly give up the only role THEY want to play, take sub-optimal champs because they've already locked in a champ for a different role, or dodge to HOPEFULLY get a better teammate. The only alternate is to try to call the "terrorist's" bluff.

Regardless of which option is done, the person holding champ select hostage cannot be reported until post game. Meaning, you have to play out a match with a toxic person willing to hold champ select hostage and ruin the game for everyone else just to get what THEY want in order to have a CHANCE of reporting the player and seeing justice served. If the game crashes, you bug out of post-game, or the match is ended due to server maintenance... or someone dodges in champ select, nothing can even be done to alert Riot that a player is holding champ selects hostage. This should not be the case. You want to hold champ select hostage? Reported during champ select, chat log is reviewed and confirmed that you are holding your team hostage... and before champ select is even over or before you can get into another champ select (if someone immediately dodges) boom done, insta-banned.

I just had 4 crappy games in a row the other day... two straight where I was literally 1v2 or 1v3 for the entire game except when I grouped to teamfight... and my team fed across the map despite that. You know what I got from my teammates? You're useless. Why don't you group and help us more? Gee... maybe being 1v2 is helping you... if you'd help yourselves/each other??? 1v1 winning vs a counterpick with ignite and pulling heavy jg attention in another game while keeping my opponent shoved to his tower so it's slowly getting chipped away is doing nothing? But in the same game mr "you're doing nothing" tells me he's "pressuring the map" by leaving team to afk solo farm side lane w/o pushing tower, dying any time someone comes to 1v1 him, and afk farming jg camps while team gets screwed 3v4. Sure I could leave... and then we'd have to full on commit to a fight or get poked out while my opponent solo pushes and can flank to flash in and delete any of my teammates with the help of his team... so splitting and applying pressure while looking for rotations is the best option. Except I can't rotate if there's no wards by my team and they're 3v4 and dying cuz my jg won't help the team... just afk farm and tell me I'm doing nothing.

One of those 4 games involved a tahm kench jg who insisted he was going to play toplane. I didn't back down, nobody dodged, he wasn't bluffing. So we end up with my main champ getting banned by that asshole in order to try to force me into playing jg... and a flash tp tahm kench jg. Level 1 he eats our adc and flashes into 5 man enemy invade to try to get them both killed. Adc had to take trist rocket jump and blow flash to escape. My laner got a free kill via intentionally feeding tahm. I fell behind in lane off one stupid mistake and the lead my opponent had been handed by our troll jg. I played pretty safely, but it's a snowball matchup I was in. I saw plenty of chances to make it back into the lead and tried to take them... only to have literally everyone on the other team other than adc show up top at the last second to save my lane opponent from getting destroyed 1v1 by someone half an item and a full level behind. Farm safely under tower? No. I do that I just get 3 man jumped on because they know my jg won't do anything and my mid is useless until he gets 3+ items... and this is 8 min into game. Even though they know we are surrendering at 15 and what our jg did - banning my champ and holding champ select hostage, they just go out of their way to be an ass to me. Like can I not have 15 min of peaceful shitty gameplay before i surrender or at least have the integrity to fight me man-to-man... you're already up a level and half an item or more. And it wasn't just me they did that to... I was just their favorite target. I've been on the other end of those situations. And any time my teammates try to 2v1 or 3v1 just completely ruin an opponent's day when he's losing largely through no fault of his own, I tell my team to lay off. I'll give the guy a fair fight if that's what he wants to force, or I'll just let him farm in peace and take his tower when I know they're going to be surrendering. If my team won't lay off, I'll back off completely. I don't like being an asshole to someone who's already having a shitty game because one or more of their teammates is intentionally sabotaging the game for them from champ select on. It's one thing to enjoy getting kills or winning a game, it's another entirely to take pleasure in trying to make someone else never want to play the game again and kicking them when they're down. It's like a kid who maybe isn't treated the best at school or well liked by most... if you find out his parent or friend or relative just died, you try to be a little nicer to him. Except instead, these guys decided to be as much of a bully as possible.
