Actually there have been cases where someone who's less toxic gets punished anyway.
If the person reported you and what you have said it the total of the convo, then No you won't be punished. At least as far as I can read!
There may have been cases where someone who is less Toxic gets punished but you have to understand that posters here don't know the persons history. Nor can we see the actual conversation, so we have to take 'word' for it.
We should all understand that others will almost always try to make themselves look in the best light and some may outright Lie for spite. The problem is that most of us who care tend to believe everyone's story... Should we always?
