Yeah I don't even remember this guy, dunno why I accepted the friend request. Turns out he's one of those players who go the beyond to harass players they don't like.

Riot may choose or not choose to punish the player. The reason being pms are an option in system since you had to accept a friend request.
Also, the boards have a no name and shame rule. So you need to block out their name.
