To the People that ban allies champs in normal Games
These people are eligible for getting banned right? Purposely hindering a teammate in normals by banning their champion should be a bannable offense, right?

no, they are not no it is not it's a built-in game mechanic
Can you prove that it was on purpose?
These things happen by accident very frequently. And even if it is on purpose, barring any other negative behavior I would say no.
Going into draft mode with only one champion you're willing to play is setting yourself up for this kind of thing.
