Is ranked safe yet?

I've been seeing a lot of the Tyler1 aftermath firsthand, tons of "its not adc its bot lane dude. ill play fiddle if i want to" Or the infamous "run it down the middle" If not that it's just passive griefing and 100% avoidable deaths they swear weren't on purpose, then an afk.

You may see a silver 5, but its my first season playing and im proud of it plenty of people have been playing so much longer and are stuck in bronze. I dont want to fall back to bronze because of this nonsense. Mistakes happen but i do expect everyone to try to win, if not we are just wasting our time even more inefficiently.
