You shouldn't be banned from hextech crafting because you've gotten a chat restriction like two times and have never been banned.

Why? How is that in any way constructive? You fulfilled the same conditions to receive the chest as someone who wasn't chat restricted, and you managed it while literally playing with a handicap.
The chat restriction IS your punishment. This Hextech ineligibility BULLSHIT is a blind shot in the dark with no direction, no intention, and as of this moment, no real mitigation. That's disgusting. I'm tired of Riot's half-finished projects making it to live. Fix your fucking shit.

The system is excellent for creating victims by rewarding instigation and punishing retaliation. It's legendary for that, in fact. The only high horse here is the one you rode in on.
