You should be able to report trolls/people refusing to work with the team

I think someone refusing to work with the team is just as bad as someone who's toxic for no reason. I was just in a ranked game where we killed 3/5 including the enemy ADC and I pinged the enemy inhib (which was open) and instead of following me, they decided that the enemy JANNA was more important. I didn't know Zed was sitting in one of the bushes, I would have lived if they had followed me. The enemy team came back and won that game because they were STILL chasing Janna at that point. They bitched at me saying it was my fault I died when I said they should have followed me. But hey, I guess Janna > Inhib.
