Is it toxic to say lol in all chat everytime you kill their mid laner

Are you intentionally trying to ruin a persons gaming experience? Then yes it is toxic. Will you get punished? Probably not just for that. Most people who have the mentality you are displaying will do other things that will get you banned.

Typing the letters lol can't possibly be considered BM unless someone is intentionally trying to get you reported. By saying lol or "laugh out loud" in all chat, at any point, you are simply saying that you laughed. No insult was made, no threat was communicated, nothing unsportsmanlike happened. It's not a taunt nor an attempt to induce rage, for all you know the person who made you laugh was intentionally trying to do it like when a garen chases a morgana between T1 and T2 turrets for 2 minutes trying to kill her, both parties may find it funny (I even have a video of a Garen doing that to me then laughing when he got killed). If you are offended by the letters lol then you need to re-evaluation where your priorities in life are. People are allowed to laugh at things, communicating via text, since there are no voice comms, that you are laughing at what just happened is not an insult, taunt, BM, threat, or any of the above. Anyone who feels insulted because someone types lol in chat really needs to grow up a bit, unless you are like 12 years old those 3 letters should not offend you. its more so unsportsman like conduct. just as you see in pro sports taunting after a big hit/play is a unsportsman like penalty. every one is /or should be playing the game for fun and having a good time. why is it just cuz you make a play and get a kill you must taunt ? just play the game win or lose, say gg if it was an honorable match up honor accordingly. no need to be an ass just cuz you made a good play. are some people over sensitive , well fuck yea. but its the society we live in. remember what mama taught you ? if you cant say something nice dont say anything at all? say what you want, act how you want but if someone is offended or feel harassed by it they have the recourse to report. enough reports will lead to discipline. be wise.
