Basically we had a gnar that had an free farming lane and decided to go AP. He was completely useless and kept trolling stating "This was the new meta" Since it was a basically 4v5 and our bot lane was doing bad we lost the game. "I was the support" Would I report him for helping the other team or is this even reportable?
Seeing as Gnar does have some AP scaling I could see a situation in which a gnar could build a lot of attack speed to take advantage of the % based 3rd attack damage from W, as well as his ult scaling from ap.
Just because he went out of meta doesn't mean it's reportable, but if he did anything else that could be reported then maybe you could do it for that, but not because of the off-meta build.
