Auto Fill causing more issues with Player Rages and Toxicity than is helping queue times

Hello Riot, just a normal player who is trying to start off the season and climb up from Bronze V. I have been noticing that Auto Fill is on nearly ALL the time and I have at least every other game been seeing someone who is getting tilted or toxic on getting auto filled. Now this isn't just "Auto Fill = Support" cause this is also people who are getting ADC, Top, and 1 time even seen a Mid. This is impacting games negatively instead of helping players get into more fun game quickly as it was intended. Also timers have still been jumping up and down, some as low as 3 minutes others hitting 7-9. I do understand the idea behind Auto Fill but it's also causing some issues that might outweigh the benefits to some players.
