Report feature for Champion Select

Ok, I know a lot of people are still talking about how terrible the Auto Fill feature has been making some of the games. Here's 1 thing I really think needs to be put in for helping combat issues with this feature. A Report player function in Champion Select. I more than often see players raging at Champ Select about Auto Filled to Support, then flat out state they are going to just feed cause they got it this way. They refuse to dodge cause then they will be hit with the time penalty as well as still be up for Auto Fill. Whereas if they just troll the game and lose at 20 via FF then they get to be protected from Auto Fill a few games. This is really hitting a lot of players more than just the trolling itself. So having something to report these players when you see that going on would be better than going through a whole game first.
