Is Intentionally Feeding just another Unskilled Player Report?

You'd think if someone admits to inting, then ints, and the enemy team says "we will report" That they would get a punishment. But I never got that message that told me a player has been punished, which leads me to believe that feeders do not get punished.

You won't get the message telling you someone was punished 100% of the time. It very seldom happens, and it isn't a good gauge as to whether or not your reports count.

If someone intentionally fed and you reported them for it, there's a good chance they will get punished - it's somewhat less likely, but that's only because it's more difficult to detect intentional feeding than it is to detect chat stuff. That said, though, I think the declaration that they are feeding would probably weigh against them.

your feeling is correct, as the system's clarity sucks.

Rest assured, the system will catch up to people who int.

Here is a post from only a few hours ago of someone who was banned for inting. Riot does ban them.
