Ranked Needs More Severe Dodge Penalties
I'm getting an average of 4-5 dodged games before I actually get in to a game, this is ridiculous. We need more severe penalties or this practice will continue affecting players

It doesn't affect me ever. I get maybe 3 minutes longer wait times. The good thing is that if someone dodges because they would have afked, they went ahead and dodged instead of making me play with an afk. That and trolls. Gotta dodge them trolls.
