If You Block Someone It Shouldn't Ever Put Them In A Game With You In Ranked

Had a guy that apparently "remembered me" from a few days ago (I had to look them up after the game and saw I had them blocked in client). They had flamed me all game because I wouldn't trade roles with them in champ select (they had jungle, I mid). We won, but they kept spamming me friend requests and crap after the game (remembered them after I looked it up).

So this particular game, as I said, remembered me, so they trolled me the entire game, inted into my laner multiple times, spam pinging me, flaming, etc.

The ranked playerbase isn't so small that we need to be matched with people we previously muted in game, reported AND blocked.

Never going to happen, way too easy to manipulate. I'm sorry this happened to you.

As a whole? No it isn't. But that doesn't mean that there are no MMR ranges where this could be problematic. In fact the populations of really low MMR and really high MMR are small enough for it to be exploited by people.

There is no punishment for trolling/inting sadly. Sorry you had to go through that. I really wish Riot would do something but they don't.

Sucks that happened to you, but the idea is that these people will be punished for breaking the rules. So there's no need go implement a feature where you can cherry pick players you don't want on your team or to play against. You'd think with so many players it wouldn't be a problem, but yes it can f up the matchmaking and result in super long queue times and such for certain MMR ranges.
