Passive agressive behavior / trolling isn't punished

But when you say "fuck" or "kys", you're getting banned. People keep complaining about it, and these garbage trolls can still play freely, while the one who react to it are punished.

Passive aggressive behavior is punished, just not as quickly, as it is harder to detect.

Trolling is punished, just not as quickly, as some forms of it are harder to detect.

Saying "fuck" will not get you banned unless you use it to insult a player. "Fuckity fuck fuck fuck" is fine, as is "fuck that was a close call" or "Fuck. We lost dragon." What isn't okay is "We lost dragon 'cause of you, you fuck" or "you fucking idiot."

Dude, I just had a game when someone kept spamming "?" when I made a mistake or "lol so bad". I didn't say a thing, and died once again, was really behind and he said "nice int". When I asked him to shut the fuck up and play, he just responded "lol now I have a reason to report you". They know they can abuse this system, and this stupid system keeps falling for it.

There's a difference between someone saying they have a reason to report you, and someone actually having a valid reason.
