Passive agressive behavior / trolling isn't punished
But when you say "fuck" or "kys", you're getting banned. People keep complaining about it, and these garbage trolls can still play freely, while the one who react to it are punished.

Passive aggressive behavior is punished, just not as quickly, as it is harder to detect.
Trolling is punished, just not as quickly, as some forms of it are harder to detect.
Saying "fuck" will not get you banned unless you use it to insult a player. "Fuckity fuck fuck fuck" is fine, as is "fuck that was a close call" or "Fuck. We lost dragon." What isn't okay is "We lost dragon 'cause of you, you fuck" or "you fucking idiot."
