Why should someone intentionally ruining games (especially in ranked) deserve to have a second chance? Why isnt the punishment for intentionally feeding an instant permaban? How will i know if he got banned?
I just reported someone for inting (0/18, typed in chat he was going to int), and looked at his match history and saw that he had int'ed not too long ago with the same troll build. (in b5)

Inting can be a little tricky though, because you have to confirm that it was intentional -- there's no penalty for simply being bad at the game.
As for knowing when and if he is banned? You probably won't -- you only get the alert if your ban was the one that triggered the punishment in question.

I'm honestly not sure how they'd respond to that. I wish I had a better answer for you. Gonna have to let someone more familiar with the manual out-of-client reporting process field this answer.
Deep Terror Nami2 votesThey don't really have the kind of time to watch replays every time someone feeds. Try to rely on the reporting system. If you see someone that has a lot of games doing the same thing and isn't banned you can submit screenshots of the match history and a link to it in a Support Ticket under the request type I have a question and the category Game & Features::General Questions, but for one game he might already be punished or may never do it again.
