Why should someone intentionally ruining games (especially in ranked) deserve to have a second chance? Why isnt the punishment for intentionally feeding an instant permaban? How will i know if he got banned?

I just reported someone for inting (0/18, typed in chat he was going to int), and looked at his match history and saw that he had int'ed not too long ago with the same troll build. (in b5)

The punishment is the same as Riot's other zero-tolerance policies -- typically a 14-day ban once the behavior is confirmed, and a permanent ban on the next offense.

Inting can be a little tricky though, because you have to confirm that it was intentional -- there's no penalty for simply being bad at the game.

As for knowing when and if he is banned? You probably won't -- you only get the alert if your ban was the one that triggered the punishment in question.
