i had a kass who went full afk and told us over and over how it was our jg fault for taking a few of his cs and that was a lesson, this guy is still playing right now without any punishment at all, shows you how little they care about inters/feeders/afkers. EVEN WHEN THEY ADMIT IT , they are not getting punished

Riot doesn't care I feel like. People get away with this bullshit all the time.

AFKs are handled automatically by leaver buster and are an entirely separate system.

if you admit to just leaving because you are mad, its supposed to be a ban.

Yes, but this requires manual review. Do you know how you get a manual review? Because the boards are not it. And this is extremely clear if you would read the rules of the boards.

File a support ticket. They will investigate the technical logs. For all you know, the player may have intended to AFK, but actually had a technical issue (or potentially Riot was). You do not have all the information and you do not have the ability nor the authority to say what punishment the player does or does not deserve.

TLDR: Not a boards issue.

Then they investigated and determined that based on ALL data, the player did not deserve an escalated punishment, OR they filed the report in the queue to be reviewed and it has not been reviewed yet.

Again, you do NOT have access to all pertinent information, and as such you CANNOT say that the player "deserves" a punishment as you do not have complete information. Stop acting like some "god" that knows everything and is always right

can you make another tldr please?

TLDR either they didn't review yet, or you're wrong and the player does not merit additional punishment.

Of course, this is the case for everyone. When they admit that they want to AFK in a game, suddenly an "emergency" happens and they had to leave "accidentally".

It's very nice from you to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but in this case you are just hilarious.

Not exactly, that is reportable, but goes into the queue of other gameplay related offenses, which doesnt enact upon a single game.

i guess ill go test that out in low level games, see how it turns out and how many games it takes before you get the ban....

It depends. There is no real known formula, as a lot of factors weigh in, such as report history vs games played, and accuracy of reports. If you make a fresh, new account, and receive a report every game, you could start seeing punishments very quickly.

Given the systems automation, it also depends a lot on how visible the thing is. Someone hard inting, for example, is not always easy to pick out given some players are just that bad, or make dumb plays. And almost every case of "soft" inting is just a player playing with tilt, and not actively inting. Humans have difficulty figuring out if someone is inting or not while actively in game, so that should say to the difficulty of having a learning AI type program figure it out while being as accurate as possible.
