Another Update. Ticket sent 14 days ago but still no reply

I have waited for 14 days but theres still no reply, should I send another ticket? Or do Riot Supports actually take longer than two weeks to respond? Either way I am disappointed though.

(Link is the post for the imgur Ive posted 6 days ago, it shows that the ticket havent been responded for 8 days, 6+8 = 2 weeks)

try to contact them trough live chat sometimes its on.

the live chat is always on during their business hours I think. Try then.

I'd at least give up on that ticket. At 2 weeks it's probably been lost and there's no realistic hope for a response.
