Sent a ticket: Waited for two weeks but no reply --- Went to live chat, Rioter: Use ticket please...

So the brief situation is: My account got suspended for suspicious activity (I had been travelling around 4 countries within 3 months) then I tried to contact Riot Supports to reactivate the account, they refused to acknowledge my plane tickets, credit card info, email, phone, champions bought etc but gave me responses on how they cannot verify Im the owner of the account. So I sent a ticket (that ticket is in the second link) to try to give them more context of the situation and that ticket hasnt been answered for more than two weeks now, so by the time it reached two weeks I posted the situation on the boards and some kind-hearted people told me to try the live chat, I did, then the support told me to use the ticket system instead without telling me how long it takes them to respond...
I mean, Riot is not obligated to answer support tickets but I doubt that should be their attitude towards their player base... Attachd is the screenshot of the live chat
