Account Got Suspended For Suspicious Activity, Support Refuses to Look Into the Situation
So Ive been travelling around 3 countries for the past 6 months (Canada, Uk, China) and playing league here and there during the travels. And Im guessing this is the reason Riot suspended my account. However, when I submitted a ticket trying to recover my account, giving my verification and personal information (credit card, phone number, email etc). The supports refused to even try to verify them but instead just gives an automated “Im sorry we have decided that you are account sharing”. Is this how Riot operates? Ive created and played on this account for over 7 years and have bought RP here and there, have long-term friends that can testify my identity (but Riot doesn’t care about verifying identity it seems). Now I did in instances say that this account is given by a friend to others, but those were either out of sarcasm or lying (like how when someone else would ask you “You mustve killed someone” when they hear a police siren through your discord, you would say “yeah I did bro”, you can say each context is bit different but you can refer to my other post to view the full situation). Even that, keep in mind that Riot never even tried to verify any information, regarding the ticket sender or the situation, so 1. Someone else couldve posed as me to send a ticket and to sabotage the account (satly breakups anyone) and 2. Riot can one day just ban your account and say that “this is the final decision we’ve made after thorough investigation” because any kind of verification method does not matter to them (like how in China you can suddenly one night get brought to jail by secret cops and be charged and convicted). I am really disappointed with Riot’s support system and the way they deal with their player base. Attached are responses and plane tickets for proof. imgur
