Account Got Suspended For Suspicious Activity, Support Refuses to Look Into the Situation

Linked is my previous post if youre interested in the full chronology of events.

So after a live chat with a Rioter, they still say that they are unable to verify me as the owner of the account when I have given credit card info, phone number, creation email, first champion gifted, friends-since-creation, birthday etc...

So now I still cannot retrieve my account that I had been playing since 7-8 years ago...

Not sure what I can do...

P.S. They still havent replied my manual ticket that was sent more than a week ago... Imgur for proof (and their previous automated response)

To be completely honest, I'm still not entirely sure what you are hoping to accomplish by verifying yourself as the account owner. You are accused of account sharing, not of not being the owner.

I’m so sorry [sg-janna] if there’s ANYTHING I can do I will. I know I would be heartbroken in a situation like this. Props to you for being strong and fighting to get it back. I’m going to reach level 39 JUST so I can upvote to try and get riot to see it. There is a lot of very good moderators that roam these pages and maybe one of them will see it. [sg-soraka]

thank god i have not invested above 20$ into my account, id hate to lose it just because they can't verify who you are (BS btw). its just that riot support can't bother to do their job.
