I just got out of a game where the Gragas was flaming the entire team, but I accidentally reported the Gnar, who didn't say anything negative the entire game. Since coming back to the game, I have decided to only report people who were super toxic in order to keep my report weights high. How much will this one mistake affect my report weight? I reported the toxic Gragas as well.

Your weight will not be affected by 1 false report weight is affected when people report 9/10 players every game solely to trigger the system 1 report won't hurt you, just focus on good clean reporting :D Also type a response into the report, so the reviewer knows what they're actually looking for from your ticket
You could submit a ticket and give the day and time of the false report followed by the person you wished to report. That would be your best, if only, course of action.
