Are reports actually looked at and the comment section actually read by a real person?

Kinda frustrating when you know someone in a trio group wont get their just desserts, diana goes "so we are all reporting ashe right? sadly i had to point out the 3 shared clan tags...

also ive heard it stated but never read it anywhere, is pleading for reports in all chat for things the enemy team couldnt possibly even of saw (flaming in chat or lack there of in this case, they just wanted to turn the tables on diana) against the tos?

if so, it seems to be forgiven a lot.

Whether they are on your team or the enemy's and can't see what the issue is, lobbying for reports is punishable behavior. Calling for the enemy team to report something in your team's chat is a great example of why you shouldn't do it and why you shouldn't listen to those that do; report for what you personally experienced, because you won't really know whether they are being honest or not.

As for 3-man groups getting away with their behavior; they won't, not any more than a solo player would. It only takes 1 report to flag a match for review, and when their case is reviewed that match will be checked regardless of how many reports went into it.

Yeah they read it and ban people. It takes a lot of reports to trigger those manual reviews though.

Nope, 100% automated. If you have anything extra to say, you'll have to send in a support ticket.
