If you got banned then this isn't your 1st time being reported. Bans are caused after warnings and multiple reports over multiple games.

i'm not banned, never got one..but, i was thinking, if i got reported that game, the chat would look pretty toxic:))
I mean, how the fck does this system makes the difference between jokes and actual toxicity?
It doesn't. Context never matters in an automated system. Deal with it and take your asinine jokes to Skype/voice chat.

LOL
But chat is there? which means, you can comunicate threw chat-it's purpose.. If all of us agree to say w/e and make stupid jokes-> why should someone get banned for this? If let's say one of us decides to report for no reason, just to get someone banned
People that are accidentally banned for something like this can appeal it with a ticket. However, this is not remotely common, and is not reason enough to rework the system.

Riot is okay with you joking around with friends but they advise you to be careful when doing it while also around people that you don't know. What you and your friends find funny and hilarious other people might not, and they have every right to report you for it if you continue on with that kind of behavior even after the stranger has asked you to stop.
From Ulanopo's Knowledge Base:
"I should not have been banned for bantering with my friends."
Just as Riot filters out numbers in many cases, they have a program that detects and removes banter between friends. (source (http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=27042870#post27042870))
This is probably news to most people, but friendly banter is hidden from Tribunal in most cases... so you never see it in a case. This is partially why sometimes in a case file, it might look like there is missing chat or context.
From Lyte:
...This isn't really a debate about whether trashtalking is OK or not OK in games; we've talked a lot in the past about how we're OK with players bantering with their friends but you should be careful when interacting with strangers who may not understand your intentions--especially if you're using hate speech or slurs. We have a zero tolerance policy against hate speech, racism, homophobia, and sexism and that policy stands whether you're a random player, a pro player, or a Youtube celebrity.
If it ain't working don't fix it.
Post chat logs then lets see
LMAO what chat logs?? He wasn't banned, that was kinda his point.
nah
