I think the problem is the context "Kill Yourself" can be used many different ways for example directing it to a person in Real Life or for example.

Stop killing yourself on the enemy turret please.

the problem is if Riot censor Kill, and or Kill Yourself it leads to many false positives instead you can file a support ticket and show them the toxic behavior / Snapshots.

So? What's your point? You didn't "monitor their everyday activities", you checked whether they're still playing. You have no idea how they're behaving outside of allchat (if you decided to be extremely creepy about this and spectated their games) and you don't even know whether they were punished. Maybe it was the first (or even second) offense and they received a chat restriction. Maybe they then, out of fear of actually receiving a ban, got their act together and started behaving like a decent human being.

Please I found the world's most obvious elo boosted account. I thought it had been banned because he suddenly stopped playing. Nope dude still plays. Riot cares more about stopping people from saying anything that can be construed as negative instead of actually removing what causes negativity. Why actually fix the problem when you can put a blanket over it and pretend it doesn't exist.
