I probably am the only one but muting someone is just so stupid. I understand if they're spamming chat which honestly rarely happens cause you always gotta be doing something when playing this game. Muting people over arguments or because they're tired of the toxic community tilts me so hard. I argue sometimes and get insulted etc but I still never mute my teammates or the enemy team.
I just dont care. If you are being a tool and flaming, your ass is muted. End of story. I just dont have the patience to deal with their shit.
If the player is raging or constantly arguing in chat, they probably aren't using it for anything productive and I don't particularly care to expose myself to their idiocy.
I guess I'm the opposite. I tend to mute everyone to prevent tilitng myself
First Riot said before (Muting someone shouldn't have to be done) and if a player has to mute someone that player has a right to report (X) People who are causing it generally I just mute everyone when I see mentally challenged people who choose to argue this hasn't happened a lot lately in League, but in Smite it happens almost 99% of games due to no Role Selection, and Auto locking same does apply to League though...
Nope your not the only one who gets tilted it tilts the player themselves who had to mute everyone because now their sound is also off and they cant hear pings, nor enemy ward placements so if its lost you should honestly look at yourself and what you did to upset the player who had to mute everyone to begin with (usually arguing in chat is the cause.)
So while it prevents you from getting banned it can tilt you.
I'm not muting anyone I'm trying to calm their hot fingers so that I can try to not let them throw the game just by talking shit. But when there's a enemy that keep saying "ez" or anything that can make you salty on every kill, I simply mute them.
