nameshame not allowed so this thread will be removed ip bans are pointles the punishement for offensive names is "you have to change your name. for free" i had my former "insulting" name for 4 years before i finally had to change it so good luck lol. i recommend to not use the internet if a name like this gets you so mad.

The first punishment for an offensive name is a forced name change.

After that, it can be punished with bans.

Report him postgame for offensive name, or create a support ticket.

There is not a filter on creating names like that because it would make it harder to detect, but not meaningfully more difficult to create an offensive name.

Aggressive filters also create difficulties in making regular names. An Ahri account named 'Charm School' wouldn't be allowed, for example. Feel free to google away until you find the hidden slur. Though, I don't suggest googling for it; the really creative slurs are only created on sites you don't want to visit.

Yeah, IP bans are completely useless. I can't actually even set my router to a static IP, so every week --boom! New ip, and if I have an ip ban, that ban is averted as well. If there's anything Riot comes down hard on more than anything else, it's racism or homophobia. Those two are basically a suspension if you get caught on a single use, whereas more minor violations like having a negative attitude or being sarcastic require several offenses to get you a chat restriction.
