Banning Pick intent in dynamic que

Riot, you really need to find a way to counter this. I am really tired of queuing up in normal games hoping to play aurelion sol, only to find out one of my team mates banned him because i made the mistake of showing my pick intent. I show my pick intent hoping my team mates don't ban aurelion, but quite the opposite happens. I made the mistake of showing my pick intent not once but two times and BOTH the times my team banned it cause they didn't want a "noob".

One possible solution to the problem i can come up with is to have a new report button that says "banning pick intent". If a player is guilty of banning pick intents continuously by the system, then they get a special ban restriction, where they cannot ban anything that is on their teams pick intent. In my opinion this does seem inefficient because of the time and money it would take to implement this system for a small problem.
