Is there anyway to have a private convo with an actual Rioter regarding a chat restriction?

I recently received a chat restriction listing two games as the reason. One of the games shows some (maybe 3/10 rating) toxicity and the other has less. Both were responses to excessively toxic players which I will admit isn't the right way to do things but I'd like to discuss why this even warranted a restriction. I'm not going to post the chat here as I said - I'd like to do this privately.

I've submitted a support ticket but expect a plain old, copy and paste response.

Its simply riot going.

its "just" a chat restriction. its a stain on your reputation. you now lose hextech loot for an undisclosed amount of time. and reports against you now have more weight

Ive had a previous chat restriction that was 100% deserved. This one however is 100% not deserved and is for 24 games. I will serve it out and I think just stop chatting altogether, however as this one is unjustified in my mind I'd like to speak to them about it to see their perspective.

Unfortunately, Support tickets is the only "private" way to speak to someone from Riot about a chat restriction.

The first reply is automated, but there is a follow up reply from an actual person afterwards. From what I've seen, the automated is just a "we received your ticket and will respond" kind of message, so don't just toss that aside and think they won't help you.

I suggest using the Support Ticket in all honesty. Just remember not to bump your ticket; that will place you at the bottom of the queue again.

What do you mean by bump?

I've submitted the ticket along with the chat log I was provided. Waiting on a response now. Could take a while I assume.

"Bump" is when you either resubmit the same ticket, or consistently reply to the same email response trying to get a response faster.

A response can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, so be patient :) They handle a lot of cases everyday, but I assure you your ticket is just as important as the others are.

Hopefully they answer any questions you might of had regarding your restriction!

I'm not even exactly mad. Just flabbergasted. I legit got flamed hard, said "Fuck you" to multiple times, had the enemy told i was inting when I wasn't and yet I got the restriction. I'm confused more than anything.
