Riot, why can't trolls get banned from ranked at least?

I've just finished another fantastic night of playing ranked with all the trolls in bronze. I played my best and was polite all night but apparently my politely suggesting that our mid laner should build a zhonya's to help with not dying to Fizz was rude because my mid laner then called me a %%% and a tryhard and then came bot to feed my enemy laner a few times just to make sure my lane was just as screwed as his was. My team then lost a winnable game again, and then this charming mid laner then implored the other team to report me in all chat for feeding even though I was the only person on the team that ended up with more kills than deaths at the end of the game despite his best efforts to the contrary.

I don't flame. In fact, I use chat as little as humanly possible to avoid giving one of these gallivanting shitheads whatever twisted justification they need to promptly ruin a game for their team because they either identifies you as someone who cares about the outcome of the game or they find some bizarre way to take offense to a politely worded suggestion.

I have had exactly ONE enjoyable game with a team of normal people in this entire week. Trying to dodge all these toxic people and play just one game without someone griefing or flaming or both is like playing Russian Roulette with an automatic handgun.

Can we please suspend people from ranked if they get enough reports for trolling? Or better yet, suspend them from ranked for a month, remove their ability to get IP for that time period, and put them on probation where further bad behavior during that period immediately escalates to full suspensions and bans. Ranked should only be for summoners in good standing and people who are accruing bad reports should be unable to play ranked so even people in Bronze V have something to lose if they chose to make a bad experience for others.

Chat restrictions do nothing if you are hellbent on trolling and another option short of full suspensions and bans might be useful. I think an immediate punishment with some teeth for valid reports would do a lot more than a chat restriction and it can easily be escalated if the poor behavior continues. Whatever the system is now, it doesn't work, and there should be punishments a troll might actually care about because you don't need chat to cause problems and there is plenty of time to talk shit before and after the game.

Three, Please ignore the forums trolls.

I've played in Gold/Silver/Bronze, I can tell you Silver is much the same, and Gold is a little better, The afk's and "lets flipout over a comment and go full troll" crowd tend to get pushed down.

I believe its possible to climb, however its not a casual thing to do, when there's so much noise in your win rate from feeder/troll/afk you need a lot of games to move up.

Dont hold your breath for riot to do anything about them.. there busy making sure you don't say naughty words / patting themselves on the back..

Make friends, queue with them. Problem solved.

The player base/community is well beyond the point of no return for Riot to reel it in effectively at this point.

It's hilarious that none of you are paying attention to the actual argument I'm trying to make. Your reading comprehension is Bronze V.

I'm not even trying to address the issue of my personal skill but the problem that the excess of trolls in Bronze makes it unfair to judge the player's skill because frequent games with deliberate trolls inhibits progress through ranked and deflates their ranking relative to if they were playing games with teammates that competed in good faith.

First you READ, then you THINK, and then you WRITE.

You know what, FINE. Here is what I can do when I play with sane people once in a while. I admit CS could have been better but I was too busy slaughtering the other team. My support was also pretty good.

Ugh. Did the two of you have the same horrible English teacher? You guys are so friggin thick that I can barely remember my original point.

I don't even wanna know how poorly you did on the essay portion of the SAT because you probably wrote an essay about huckleberries when they wanted you to write an argument for or against your school's dress code.

You know what? To address your argument, I would like to say that I like Tacos. Planet Earth is a good documentary series but Batman is better. My shoes are blue.

Again, you are entirely off point!
