Trying to be nice but trolls are making it EXCRUCIATINGLY HARD

I think I'm a nice person that plays correctly and does everything he can to help his team win. I don't flame, in fact I use chat as little as possible because I really just want to shut up and play the game. I am currently trying to fight my way out of Bronze but most of my games seem to be decided by which team has the more dedicated trolls rather then it having anything to do with skill. I think that trolls probably influence about 60% percent of my games in bronze whether they are on my team or the other team. This makes it very hard to find consistency and climb out of bronze when victory is decided by which unlucky team happens to land the one or two asshats that always seem to show up. I play extremely consistently and usually have best KDA ratio, CS, Turrets, and champion damage on my team, but it doesn't matter because some douche on my team decides that feeding is more fun and starts running into your lane>s enemy turret while spamming "tryharder! TROLLOLOLOLOLOL!" in chat.

Not responding to these people is excruciatingly difficult when I know reporting rarely does anything unless they tripped the naughty language filter. If I wrote what I thought about these people in chat I would perma-ban myself in one sentence, which is probably exactly what these trolls want. But GOD do I want to. Riot really needs to do something and clean up the lower tiers in ranked because these trolls are ruining the experience and causing otherwise normal people to do things that get them banned. I'm not saying its good to flame but when two troll teams in a row cost you your series and make you go full tilt and you let them have it in chat, I UNDERSTAND.

Riot, I understand holding people accountable for their language is important but you really need to clamp down on people who specialize in being douchebags ruining games without using bad language because this game is seriously not even fun anymore.

Isn't this like the third bronze ranked rant thread you made?

Do you mind telling me which one of your games u had person running to turret and dying? Cause i checked your history and there were none. Sure there are players with negative scores, but their deaths were either on lanes or near their own turrets. And they actually played game, had farm and some damage done. I dont really see any trolls, just dumbasses failing with off meta picks like Fiora or Fiddle support. But they werent intentionally feeding or anything.

League is toxicity, toxicity is League. League is known as the #1 toxic game to play on the PC. FOR A REASON. The consistently conflicting situations players are pressured with - 'You didn't do this, i'm reporting you. You didn't do that, i'm reporting you. Why are you doing this? I'm reporting you'.

It's a incredibly simple concept to understand, you're not walking in their shoes, and you don't understand their situation, so report them for it and then feel justified for being rude to them in chat. People who do not know what love is, do not understand how to show that towards another person they have never met over the internet. They don't think of you as another human being, but rather, a piece of garbage due to your performance. It's a sad thing to understand. You are smaller to them than an insect in their opinion - because your only contribution to their life is making them feel forced to lose LP in a video game that they're been trying to rise at for years.

At least an insect can bite them and make them itch for 1 hour, you will only piss them off for a whole 45 minutes inside the game.

I can tell you're being sincere in your comment. The natural influence of other behavior causes you to stumble and almost become one of them. However, when we say 'the trolls of League', who are we referring to? All these happy, smiley faces you see at the LCS or all-chat, the pro's and streamers.... News for you, they aren't any different. They get pissed, some rage, but many hold their tongue and don't say a thing. Many learn to use the 'mute' button, to keep toxicity away. So the question isn't, 'How to cure toxicity', because the game itself is toxicity. The question is 'how do i deal with tocixity'? There are different methods. But i tell you this- Do not try reasoning. If you lose first blood in top lane and someone asks 'Why did you 'insert verb here''?! - Then you may as well go ahead and mute them.... Don't even try to actually explain what happened, because they don't care about what happened they only care about the results.... And you can't go back and change time.
