Ranked has big problems for the good players that are actually trying.

I am getting uber frustrated with the number of trolls I'm encountering in ranked. I have one particular troll that I have encountered two days in a row only the second time he was on the other team and harassed me by using all chat to inspire two of my teammates to troll me with him in ranked. My match history will show that I rarely have bad games and do everything possible to help my team win. I do my best to stay positive and play right but it doesn't seem like reports do anything to these toxic players. I have done nothing wrong to any of these trolls and have been polite in my play and in chat. I really want out of bronze but I am losing hope because I can't play a game without encountering at least one person who is a malignant tumor of a human being. I do my best to ignore trolls and not respond to them but you still lose the game and its still an awful experience. I have had friends quit this game because of this constant crap and I am close to following suit. It is a pity because this game is great but these people are ruining it.

Why can't riot suspend accounts from ranked play where these people get the most enjoyment out of ruining the experiences of others? This system is utterly broken and I think it prevents a lot of people who don't belong in bronze from escaping. All I want to do is play with people who are basically polite to others and are trying to win. I gave up hope of climbing for the same reason last season and this season is feeling the same way. I don't feel that I belong in bronze and my stats relative to others in the same game show better performance than my piers in most games. How can you escape bronze when there are people that revel in the fact that they can keep you there and make you miserable? I don't even know why I play this game because it is not fun anymore.

I dunno but for the love of god, DO NOT SAY REPORT THE TROLLS in game. Deep Terror Nami and the rest of the community frown upon that and will agree that a 14 day ban was necessary to correct you're behavior because wasting an hour of you're life because of a troll is frustrating.

The problem with bronze is that people who want to escape get stuck with people who can't sink any further and want to keep people down there with them. The absolute worst game I've played in ranked so far this season was probably 4-7-2 Ekko mid and that isn't even game-wreckingly bad. I have extremely positive KDA ratio's 95% of the time and always try to hit objectives and get to the enemy nexus in concert with my teammates. There needs to be somewhere worse then bronze for these people to go so the ones that are trying to improve can do so in peace. If Riot doesn't want to ban trolls then they should let them sink further in ranked until they are amongst nothing but their own kind.
