Is there an honor weighting for reports?

Long story short, when I was honor level 5 and someone was being toxic (mainly int feed or verbal) and I reported them, 60-80% of the time I would see the instant feedback popup within minutes of the report. Then one blessed day I had an anivia follow me around takign my jungle camps because she didn't get blue and I said "idiot xD" and lost honor lvl 5 and got a 10 game restriction. Now that I am honor 0 (still) I have not once seen the instant feedback system pop up, even after games with statements like "all you fucking retards useless" or "ur trash kid fuck you" or "you should have been an abortion."

With that said, is there an honor weighting for reports?

No, there is no weighting of any reports at all.

Riot tends to collect a few games of reports against a player first before punishing. Notice how most times someone is punished there are logs for more than one game included? So all reports eventually build up to punishments, but not all reports directly trigger one.

Pretty sure you're just see coincidence here and attributing it some kind of value.

Will more reports add make a report have more weight? Does honor affect report weit?

I've done this before. Let me post the ACTUAL line of code:

if (reportCount > 0) { ... }

It's line 57 of this particular class. I wrote it.
