Can I have a macro that sends out inspirational wartime quotes from presidents?
Is this allowed? It wouldn't spam, but it would be a "macro" for chat purposes.

As hilarious as that would be, I'm pretty sure macros are a blanket no-no for this game. Sorry.
I've seen quite a few chat macros and used a couple so i don't think there's any problems. probably best to wait for a blue to give the yay/nay though.
Eh, this is a wishy washy subject. On the one hand you can argue that a chat macro doesn't really give you any unfair advantage, but on the other it could be abused to spam...
Keybinding Command's for Funny quotes /enter /input phrase of choice /enter
Boom you just made a keybinding (its not really that simple, but it also isn't that hard) Youtube for a bit and you'll get some It's spam, but I mean could be worth the effort and risk
I'd send Riot a support ticket just to be sure and get an answer you can quote in case of a ban.
