Were AFK/Dodge Timers extended?

I'm only asking this because today I was in a lobby selecting a champ and my internet went out, so inevitably I dodged due to not being able to select a champ. However, instead of the normal 5ish minute penalty I got a 10 minute penalty, and I haven't dodged at all in the past 3 days.

Well the timer goes up the often you leave your games. i wouldnt think 3 days of leaving would reform someone. it takes longer than that to show the system you arent leaving.

According to the announcement page of ARURF, queue dodge timers have been extended for normal games.

Queue dodges: Dodge penalty timers for ARURF (and other normal queues) are increased to 10 minutes and 20 minutes, mainly because dodging a random champ is considered an act of cowardice. It also slows things down for everyone else. Don’t be that player.
