yea, that doesn't matter. DC / AFKing effects everyone in the game.

You don't get LPQ with just one DC, there must have been a consistent behavior of DCing / AFKing. Clicking around the fountain counts as AFK.

contact support.riotgames.com,

give them some technical details, try their solution and test a few custom games out.

I personally know the I don't play at peak hours cos a DSL shares bandwidth within the neighborhood, which means I get constant lag / ping spikes / dropped packets during peak hours.
